Payment Policy

Advance Payment: 15–30% advance payment is required at the time of booking confirmation.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance amount must be paid at the pickup point.
Note: In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

Cancellation Policy

1. 45 days or more before the trip: Advance booking amount will be charged.
2. 30–44 days before the trip: 30% of the total package amount will be charged.
3. 15–29 days before the trip: 50% of the total package amount will be charged.
4. Less than 15 days before the trip / No-show: 100% of the total package amount will be charged. No refund.
Note: Flight, hotel, peak-season, and special bookings may have different cancellation charges. Non-refundable charges from service providers will also apply.
