Payment Policy
- Payment Confirmation: 50% payment at the time of confirmation & 100% payment on the day prior to departure.
- Less Than 72 Hours / No Show: No Refund.
- Note: In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received 30 days (or more) before departure: 10% per person
- Cancellations received within 30–15 days before departure: 25% per person
- Cancellations received within 15–7 days before departure: 50% per person
- Cancellations received within 7 days before departure: 100% per person
- Unused services and no-shows: Non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the entire payment.
